stem EQ on external mixers

This feels like this is done where it's possible already (e.g. the Rane Four/Rane Performer have a MIDI switch mode that switches off the hardware EQ to allow for what you stated). However, the hardware itself has to allow for that to be possible, and that's probably not the case across the board.

I share the sentiment many others are sharing here...AI seems to be the hot term to use in sentences now, but people aren't actually looking at if it is required at all, and at how expensive it is, resource wise, it could be to run.

Point out the specific shortcomings and why it is believed to be so - that has way more value to the devs and users of the software.

Dedicated effects / color effects dials for specific stems.

It would be great if the equalizerInHeadphones setting also affected stems, or if another setting was made for this.

It can be very useful to hear the whole track, especially when you have the vocals down and want to know the best point to bring them in.

can be used for the samples from VDJ, but is there another deck that works better with VDJ? or another solution?

sdj has a better curve adjustment for the line faders that assignable vdj needs to update theres

I bought an AlphaTheta Euphonia Rotary Mixer. I bought it when they first came out in March, 2024. Previously I had used a Pioneer DJM-A9 Mixer and works out of the box with Virtual DJ. The Euphonia, while it does work technically with some custom configuring there are none of the midi presets or mappings that work. I would really appreciate compatability with this mixer in the future. It works with Serato out-of-box but I strongly dislike that software and use VDJ on a daily basis for many...

Please allow "Linked Tracks" to have a third option to reference the Selected/Current Deck instead of the Master Deck. Documentation mentions Active Deck, which is a bit ambiguous and may cause confusion.

When Show tracks linked to the playing song is selected, 2 options are available:

Active Deck
Displays linked tracks from the active deck

Browser
Displays linked tracks (if any) from the highlighted track in the browser.

there's the how, but dealing with browser splits is pretty confusing. [one misplaced pixel can cause the browser to fail rendering.]

You can already do this by defining the path SamplerBank/SamplerName

Like..
sampler_pad 'Beat Loops 03/BT-01' will trigger the Sample named as BT-01 in the Beat Loops 03 Bank

The filter is working with your VirtualDJ Library (I suppose you imported the songs into your searchDB or maybe the process of accessing the playlist from VirtualDJ imports the songs of the playlist into the searchDB).
