I messed around with VirtualDJ back in 2006 and 2007, but I never took it seriously. Early in 2019 I decided to become a DJ on Twitch, but I did not have a controller. All I had was VirtualDJ and I mixed exclusively with it using the XDJ-RX skin. My channel started to become more active, and I decided to grab a controller shortly there-after. There were a few controllers I had in mind, but I ended up getting a Roland 505. Despite having a full copy of Serato DJ PRO that came with the controller, I stuck with VirtualDJ.
