As with all electrical devices, any number of things can go wrong with sound equipment. One of the best parts of your wedding will be having your friends and family around you partying like it’s 1999 – as long as you get the right wedding DJ! Choosing the DJ who’s right for your wedding can be a daunting task – there are so many out there and they all have different styles. How do you find one who fits into your vision of your wedding party? To make things easier, we set out the top 11 questions you should be asking your wedding DJ before you book her.

1. What experience do you have?

Some DJs have only ever played at weddings. Others have experience of clubs, festivals and other events too. If a DJ has a wide experience of different venues and crowds, she’s more likely to have an eclectic music taste and be able to be make the kids at your party dance as well as your parents.
