I would like to be able to have effects dials (in this case filter) dedicated to specific stems no matter what Stems FX setting is selected.
So I can have a dial that always filters melody. And a dial that always filters Rhythm.
I found a post that made me think this would work:
effect_slider rhythm 'filter'
But alas it does not.
This would be a game changer for me since using both stems and traditional frequency filtering combined gives massively good control. And this would make it even faster to tap into that.

Almost right, needed a dial number to actually control it.

effect_slider vocals filter 1 & param_bigger 0.51 ? effect_active vocals filter on : param_smaller 0.49 ? effect_active vocals filter on : effect_active vocals filter off
